Simutek

I am over 80 so it was with some trepidation that I went in to Simutec to buy a new computer and transfer all my old unit had. A young fellah assisted me who could have been my grandson and we got started. I simply could not have managed without his cheerful and VERY competent assistance. Polite and knowledgeable I left the place seriously impressed with a new computer tucked under. my arm somewhat bemused but Very happy that he had assisted me with numerous details I simply could not have sorted out on my own. Thank you very. much.

Customer service-wise and knowledgeable-wise, this place is great but what really solidified us as a customer for life is our experience working with Jack. What an amazing human being! Not only is he friendly, intelligent and super helpful, he is incredibly personable - especially with my six-year-old son. Every interaction was pure fun and joy for both of us. When we left, I was relieved to have a repaired iPad (just get the AppleCare) and my heart was warmed when my son asked Jack to be his BFF.

Stellar service! I brought in an iPhone with a shattered back for repair. In the process of fixing it, the tech accidentally cracked the front screen. Simutek covered the cost to fix the front and back glass, as well as a loaner phone for me to use while we waited for parts to ship. They even threw in a free phone case when I picked up my new phone. Every single person I interacted with during this process was friendly and helpful. I'm so happy to give this place my money—if they ever let me!

Jack….remember that name 😜!! My friend (Guy) bought a new apple computer from Simutek last week. You know when you have something new & then you get it home & start using it & then you start having questions. Well…that sums everything up😳. So we decide to make a trip to Simutek this morning & try to learn “why things are not working as we expected” 😉. Woo Hoo…Jack not only has the patience of a saint, but he really knows his “stuff”. And he knows how to explain things to non-apple computer people. Great personality, knowledge & patience…what a Win Win Win for us. We had a well spent hour with Jack & came back home & I was able to share everything Jack showed me to Guy. It really made sense & I understand enough that I was able to teach Guy!! Who woulda’ thought🥳. Jack, you are the BESTEST & we both appreciate your patience & kindness with we seniors. Thank you very much!! Guy & Laura

In early June Simutek helped my resolve a back-up hard drive issue and a printer software issue through their on-line home support. Excellent technical assistance at a very reasonable price. Ten days later I had another back-up hard drive issue which was of my own creation. Again called Simutek and they did an on-line home support at no charge because of my previous billing. You can't ask for better service and true customer sensitivity. I am very happy to do this review posting.
