Grant was absolutely great. What should have been a relatively easy install was made more complicated due to previously installed drivers, etc. He made sure my printer not only worked, but worked wirelessly so that I could keep my USB port open. I am not tech savvy and he was understanding of this and did not speak condescendingly to me like IT Techs I've dealt with in the past from other companies. I can't say enough on behalf of of Grant and how well he did his job. It definitely removed the dread I had before about "having to call IT" to resolve an issue.

I know zero about IT trouble shooting for just about any piece of tech there is. I am a branch director, and people do and will look to me for IT solutions, but I know with confidence SAW will be able to back me up 100%. I worked with an Alexander Jackson, who took his time (almost 2 hours) helping me with a wifi network and printer/xerox issue. Highly patient and professional.
