I have used many CRM programs in the past. I understand that tech is never fun to learn but it also has to be easy to learn and not a fight every time you go to do a task in the system or your employees will not use it and if they don't use it money is wasted. I shared my struggles with the fieldd team and they basically told me it is the way is so just learn it and the owners of the program know it needs to be fixed but they are a small company and don't have the money to fix it yet. I have tried to learn it and make it work for almost 2 months because they won't give me my money back but I am willing to loose my money then struggle with this program any longer.
