I will try it for one year. I will NEVER come back. I never worked so hard to download a software in my life. 100% would not do it again. Honestly if I can find another software to create QR codes from a website, I will use that. AWFUL

Probably the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. Bartender seemed like a great program however trying to get a hold of someone for support (or even trying to get a hold of someone to buy a support package is impossible). They've wasted hours of my time and I've had to outsource label creation.

Decent software as long as everything goes well. If you need to get a hold of customer service, good luck... You're alone now.

If there was an award for worst customer service, they'd win without a doubt. Do you even train your employees? Or maybe give them a script? Its almost comical.

Never had such a hard time purchasing a product license from any company before.
