I had a really great experience with RF Technologies! They installed the intercom system for our drive thru, and it all works great. The initial consultation/estimate was very reasonable, and the installation was seamless (highly skilled tech!). Overall, highly recommended.

Our experience with RF Technologies has been very positive, from start to finish. We chose their Safe Place solution because it provides the range of features we needed in a security and security system. Installation went smoothly, and staff education and system support have been outstanding. We couldn’t be happier.

I Have used this company for the three and a half years that I have been working at a nursing home and assisted living and I’m so dissatisfied with customer service. I have been waiting for a month to get a server replacement quote and this same server has died twice now in the last two years. The life span of some of there equipment is horrible spent 5k on quick look screens and they didn’t last 3 years. Some of the technicians are great bad sadly the over all experience with the company has been poor. My feeling is my account is so small that I’m not important. ( I’m updating this review because I realize that we all have short comings but this company needs to work on its internal communication I’ve had this issue more than once that has caused me to be very dissatisfied)

The installation was ineffective and service dept took months to respond to a life safety issue in an assisted living community. Additionally, over $1500 worth of emergency pendants never worked out of brand new boxes. Reps response was the warranty had expired. Called manufacturers myself to find out there is a known issue and how to replace equipment. Just bypass this company and work with manufacturers if possible.

RFT provides an alarm/ security system for one of our hospitals. The alarm system has been going off for days on an OB unit presenting a security risk. After an attempt to fix it, the fix was unsuccessful. Follow up phone calls have yielded no reply.
