Our company purchased a new Quick 9434 robotic soldering unit from Promation Oct. 2018 and had two reps from Promation come in to show us the ins' and outs' of this machine. Mike and Crystal were extremely knowledgeable and showed us step by step of setting it up, programming, maintenance, accessories, product/solder recommendations...etc. Very thorough. They answered all of our questions and with the excellent training, made working on this machine a breeze. Since installation, we are producing 100% quality solder joints, with increased product output. Customer support is phenomenal. I give this company and their staff high recommendations.
