If I could give these people a negative 0 I certainly would. For over a year I was asking these people to fix my website. It had absolutely nothing to do with SEO. For hours at a time I could not figure out why my products were disallowed by Google. They would say it was the price not showing. Meanwhile when you add a product to the POS system you must add a price to save and for it to be displayed on your website. I told them this in customer service calls and through emails. Finally when my site got $0 revenue for months and I struggled to pay I refused. We had a long meeting through zoom where I should them exactly what Google said. In fact, they have direct contact with Google - like people they can talk too to fix this. They promised they would. Every so often I would check Google and it was never updated.. at least 2-3 months went by and nothing then they began demanding payment. I said absolutely not while my site slipped further and further down the rankings. Someone then called and threatened me on the phone telling me that I had to pay or they would take my site down as they sent an email to me right when they knew Microsoft was having email issues (and a major ice storm was happening that night) the end of January / February.. That same Saturday unfortunately from so much stress I tripped and fell in the basement and had to get 5 staples in my head. I wrote them back and they took it down anyway. The worse part is they refuse to send me all of my data that I own. My pictures of my clients, orders that were left unfilled.. and any damn thing else of reports that belong on to me. But rest assured since they don't care I certainly don't either I will report and review to every damn place I can. The President wouldn't even respond to me and try to solve the issue..

Rain was a perfect fit for our small business and gave us a great tool to collect class registrations and reports to follow up with customers. Issues were dealt with quickly and followed up on. In the last year, I am worried now that the company has not kept up with their growth. Changes had been made to the system that have affected our registrations and it now takes weeks to get responses and months for no progress on lost reports. Sad to have such a great tool for our company go down hill.

While I do not think RAIN itself earns 5 stars, Hannah certainly does. I call in to the help center on a weekly basis and was helped by Hannah today for the first time. Not only is she super competent and extremely eager to help, but she fixed a problem that I have been calling in about (for 3 weeks) in approximately 25 minutes. Her dedication to help clients and understanding of the website sets her apart from her colleagues and I am so incredibly grateful she picked up my call today. I will be requesting her for all of my questions moving forward. I hope Hannah's hard work and dedication are recognized by the management at RAIN Retail, as she deserves praise and a raise!! Thanks again Hannah!

The customer service at AIM Tri-Tech is amazing. In the time that I have worked with them they are patient, courteous, and extremely helpful.
