Kenect has been wonderful to work with so far, as we're just getting started with the platform for our business. Our representative, Julieta is amazing! Would highly recommend.

The Kenect messaging app should be a great product. Team members are always available to help with any issues you might have, and also how to maximize the product for your needs. However, the contractual / billing side has been a complete nightmare. I have it in writing that my account was effectively cancelled and would not renew. Despite numerous emails, phone calls and time spent, imagine my surprise when my credit card was charged the full-renewal. Unless you plan on being a customer for life due to the inability to cancel, I cannot recommend Kenect.

We were having a little trouble with a message visibility issue for a new hire. I called in and got Braydon Webster who listened well, repeated to make sure he understood what challenge we were having, resolved our issue in a matter of minutes, and then walked through testing it with us to make sure we were good to go! Very polite, professional & efficient!

They like to cold call you to sell their product and when you're not interested, want to know why. Decisions we make for our business are not the business of a company to whom we did not request contacts from.

We really appreciate how far Braydon Webster went to make sure that our sites got connected. A few trouble shooting calls and then we figured it out within 24 hours. His attitude put me at ease to know that this would get figured out. He was easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable in google business profiles which can really be such a headache sometimes! He checked on us in the AM via email and followed up with a phone call and thats not something you really ever get from support services. So definitely went the extra mile and miles to get us taken care of!
