The R-Options team is great to work with from start to finish! We had them re-wire our entire network. Right at the start, the attention to detail and intentional planning before the project start was impressive and speaks to the integrity of the company and its employees. With having a childcare center housed in the building it posed some challenges, but R-Option techs communicated daily and were flexible with our needs while also cleaning up after themselves. Their customer service is top notch, recognizing the need to have continuity of service with friendly, mindful and professional techs who were assigned to us for the entire project. This project of installing more data ports occurred at a business office. The team members we worked with were all very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. R-Options had two men here today finishing up a few items for us. The timing of work being performed has been challenging for us as repairs were made, and R-Options worked diligently to provide services on the days we were ready for work to be done. We also worked with R-Options to perform emergency work when we had to move our offices due to a flooded building, and your people performed yeoman's work to get us on a live Network in a miraculous three days. R-Options came very highly recommended, and they did not disappoint.
