I called seeking assistance with rigging equipment and was informed that this was the wrong location. While I understand that you don't sell rigging products, I expected better customer service. Instead of providing helpful information or directing me to the right place, the person I spoke with was very rude and abruptly hung up. Even the response to my review was unprofessional and discourteous. I might have been willing to remove my review if I had been treated with respect and professionalism.

Family like environment. Reminds me of my time in the US Navy when PPL really care and treated each other with dignity regardless of their rank. Grade A management with an A+ employee supporting cast.
