We upgraded to Quickbooks Did you enterprise and had issues with the conversion. After several calls, Quickbooks help personnel was not able to address our issues. Denise was very knowledgeable and helped with the issue. We plan on working with her for any additional issues

Denise is an expert with QB and was quickly able to resolve my issue involving the web connection with QB Time. She is easy to work with and so convenient to meet with her via GoTo Meeting. And, after the meeting, she sends a recording (audio and visual) of the meeting which helps to reinforce how she fixed the problem. Highly recommend to anyone needing assistance!
