Good refresher course but a lot of the training is based on a Perfect world. Sort of antiquated as I learned most of this stuff 15 yrs ago at another job. I wish they would include role playing for the selling or.sales part.

Shawn was my coach when I was an operations manager for a residential HVAC and plumbing company. He gave us the tools necessary to scale our company from 1.5M to 6M in 2.5 years, and broke down each revenue phase into digestible steps.
