Practice by Numbers

We recently switched to Practice by Numbers and couldn’t be happier with the results! The platform has made staying connected with our patients so much easier and more efficient. We especially love the new features available to us—everything from automated reminders and confirmations to customizable campaigns that allow us to tailor messages to our patients’ needs. The detailed analytic reports have also been incredibly valuable, giving us clear insight into what’s working and where we can improve. It’s been a game changer for patient engagement and office organization. Overall, we’re very impressed with how user-friendly, customizable, and effective the system is. It has truly elevated the way we communicate with our patients, and we’re so glad we made the switch!

Incorporated this into the two practices I’m at about a year ago. Nothing but positive experiences and we’re actually in the process of incorporating their phone system as well. Very friendly people and makes my job so much easier when it comes to patient paperwork, collection, reminders, not forgetting about unscheduled treatment & tracking financials. Working with Practice By Numbers at work has been fantastic. I can not speak highly enough of Megan, she is a fantastic trainer and extremely knowledgeable!

Alexander Cooper, I assume a sales representative with Practice by Numbers, has called our office three to four times a day for over two weeks (I was on vacation). When a front office associate, already overwhelmed with patient calls, has to answer these calls continually, it is very unproductive. He refuses to leave a voicemail, then calls back 10-15 minutes later. This company has no respect for our time, yet wants to help us focus on patient care. I don't think so.
