IBS is a great company to work for. Amazing people!!!!!!!!!! I have been working with them for over a year. They treat contractors and employees with great respect. I mostly work with Amrita Baliga, a recruiter of IBS. She is very professional, supportive, and responds to our concerns quickly. She always keeps checking to see how we are doing. As a contractor, IBS is one of the best vendor company I have ever worked for. No complaints so far. The frequent company hosted lunch treats make IBS special than other companies.

I have been working with IBS for more than 10 years as a consultant on a project. They are very responsive and accommodate you to the best of there ability. They always have once a month lunch to meet consultants in person and talk to them. Every one will send you cards on birthdays and service anniversaries. A few years ago my son was admitted to hospital for few days. When he came back home they sent us a bouquet of cookies, that made his day. It was very thoughtful and highly appreciated.

I have worked with IBS for a year now and it's a great company to work for. If I had concerns or issues, either my direct contact would get right back with me or somebody would. This is way different than any other contract company I have work with. Kudo's to Amrita! It's been a really good experience !
