I had the privilege of attending the Knowing, Not Knowing & Inner Knowing retreat at The Encounter, and it was a truly meaningful experience. The day created space to slow down, reflect, and step away from the constant pace of work and decision-making. Meghan leads in a way that is refreshingly different from the “I have all the answers” style we so often see. Instead, she creates an environment where you are invited to approach your own leadership and life with curiosity—to uncover insights by paying attention to what is already within you. Each session offered something valuable: grounding in the wisdom we already carry, embracing the uncertainty of “not knowing,” and listening more deeply to our inner guidance. I participated in the Lead Like it Matters retreat with Meghan and it was well worth every minute and dollar spent. Meghan offered incredible prompts to generate deep reflections.
