Apparently they got hold of my details some how, and breached the Spam Act, contacting me without my consent both email and phone (on a private personal number), trying to sell services that have nothing to do with me or my role. I would think about your ethics standards when marketing yourself to the care industry and the companies you link with as they clearly are unaware it is prohibited in Australia to acquire mailing lists as these lack the necessary consent.

I am trying to earn commissions with the optimization platform and have had many issues with the customer service at very great expense to myself. I have reached out 4 separate times and left messages at your cooperate office to get some needed support with no response. I am hoping that this message will get through to someone and get a needed response and help. I am being told that I cannot withdraw my $67,000 from my work account due to a credit rating that was not disclosed on the platform. I read through all documentation several times and did not find any documentation but the Customer Service assures me that I could purchase credit for $5,000 per percentage point to reach 100% Credit Rating. I need 4 percentage points which doing the math is $20,000. Full disclosure is needed previous to making up rules as we go along. It would seem as if this may be a illicit platform from your company. I have sent 3 messages to Pendo customer support and 2 emails to the legal department in the last 3 weeks with no reply. It would be helpful to get some type of response.

I just used the parking garage and parked on the third floor. I have a disability and I am currently dealing with a knee surgery recovery so am crippled. I have a medical alert service dog and we took the elevator down. The security guard told me I can’t have a dog on the elevator, and I informed him this is my medical alert service dog. He then informed me I could only take the elevator with a seeing eye dog and that my dog wasn’t a seeing eye dog. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, I am protected. One may only ask : (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. This was a discrimination and an unsafe act by the person that’s supposed to be there to protect the building? I am a young woman that has a hard time walking right now and I asked him how I was supposed to go back up to my car ON THE THIRD FLOOR. He told me I needed to walk the ramp back up... WALK THE RAMP UP TO THE THIRD FLOOR IN AN ACL REPAIR KNEE BRACE AND A SERVICE DOG AS A YOUNG WOMAN IN THE DARK ALONE!!! I felt unbelievably unsafe. On the ramp, cars come flying down so that wasn’t safe, and also it was dark out and I was alone. This was a discrimination to my obviously trained and well behaved service dog and myself. And also a HUGE safety issue.
