We’ve had an outstanding experience working with Levitate! From day one, the onboarding process was quick, seamless, and incredibly easy thanks to Alec Campbell. He made everything feel simple and organized, which set the tone for a great partnership right from the start. One thing that really stands out is their responsiveness. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed support, I’ve received a reply within a few hours — often almost immediately. That level of service is hard to find and makes a big difference. I also really appreciate our quarterly meetings. They’re proactive about making sure everything is running smoothly and keeping us up to date on new features or improvements that could benefit us. It feels like they truly care about helping us get the most out of their system. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience. I have been with Levitate for a few years now. I am actually switching gears toward a more mediation forward practice, and they have been very helpful in helping me bring that vision to fruition. Further, the customer service, specifically from Rebekah and Kyle has been amazing! They always kindly answer my questions and often more efficiently than I even expect them to respond. Further, the program was very natural to learn. Customer support at this company goes above and beyond!
