I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Ian Kirchoff for the outstanding help he gave me over the phone. He went above and beyond to help me figure out my phone system and was more helpful than anyone I’ve worked with before. Ian is a true asset to the team — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping. He’s definitely a keeper!

We’ve had a printer from Pacific Office Automation for over two weeks, and it still does not support the features we specifically requested. Despite multiple tech support calls—this will be our fourth—I’ve yet to receive a clear explanation or resolution. Each time I call, the technicians seem unsure of the issue and unwilling to follow through. This has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive to our operations. I expected better service and support.

When my company decided to upgrade the phone system, I worked with Patrick Page and Chris Olson. They made several site visits showing me their products and working with me. They provided three different quotes, allowing my company to select the product and pricing option which best fit our needs. The support of the installation project manager was thorough, comprehensive and detailed. It wasn't easy installing a phone system for 60 users during a pandemic shutdown, but the support provided by POA was so seamless and trouble free that most staff initially only noticed a new handset and were happy with the better features. Their tech support department has handled all issues promptly.

We switched to POA this summer and are very happy with the machines that were recommended. They work better and are less expensive than our previous models. Chris Gutierrez has been great to work with from the initial sales, through setup & training, and support. Thank you!

Jeff is the absolute best!! He’s always going above and beyond like no one else. He’s a great guy, highly knowledgeable, and always makes things work. POA has been wonderful keeping us updated and taken care of us. Don is the best printer technician we could have asked for. He always comes in whenever we need him and is always willing to answer the phone for a quick tip or trick. These two are the dream team. Highly recommended!!!
