OTC Industrial Technologies (AAP Automation) - Englewood

In my honest opinion, Denver runs the gamut when it comes to industrial automation distributors. From used car salesmen that've found a new career in factory automation sales to the Mercedes Benz of distributors, AAP. From my own experience, this place has the best trained consultants with a professionalism that is unmatched for the area. In short, I would do business with these people.

The customer services is flat out bad. Tried to order a vac switch and it took them over a week to get details. emailed and called them and the mnfr AirLogic several times. Nobody really cared about a one piece order.

These guys were extremely helpful when I was in need of an obscure part, necessary to get a vital piece of machinery working for my business. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of the and provided an excellent solution. Thank you for all your help!

Very disappointed in AAP's service. Asked for Next Day Air at noon and nothing was shipped, no response back to let us know . poor customer service!
