Do NOT use this company for payment processing! I sold my business in October of 2024. They have continued pulling monthly charges of $24.95 since then, 9 Months. I cant get a reply on any emails for a refund and definitely can't get them to stop pulling the fees. Do NOT use them! Terrible communication, awful company!!! Please read the other one star reviews as well, they are all true.

As a seasoned business owner with over 20 years of experience in dealing with various credit card processing companies, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with NUVEI Technologies. Throughout my career, I have worked with multiple companies in this sector, but this is the only one I cannot, in good conscience, recommend to anyone.

terrible company, due to their technical error, they made me a gigantic loss in , doubling the return on refunds, that is, they gave my clients my money twice. and I’ve been trying to come to an agreement with them for 3 months now, but no one is even trying to solve my problem. Terrible company, I don't recommend them to anyone

I honestly can't see how they saved me any money...various charges of about $100/month before any cc charges. The last month I had charges I had less than $2000 in charges but $200 in fees...10%?!? They charged me $110 for 0 charges the next month! Rip off! Square is a much better deal at a flat 2.6%. Done.

I will never sign up with any company doing business with nuvei! Their equipment is a joke breaks all the time they will tell you someone will get back to you, they dont if you try to cancel they will extort more money and fees. Way to expensive customer service is a joke more like no service
