My name is Patrick, I’m an install/repair tech with ATT. I had the fortune of working with one of your techs, his name is Grant. He was a tremendous help on the install I was assigned at 2 46th Ave out on IOP. I was tasked with getting a fiber line into a 2nd floor telecom closet for my customer and Grant took it upon himself to run it down thru the elevator shaft and neatly tuck it away in some conduit along the roof of their garage. He did all this, in addition to his IT work, while I was able to complete my work outside. It saved me a ton of time and made the job immeasurably easier. I really appreciated Grant’s effort and help.

Bryson the service technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional and “quick”! NextGen responded to my request and were able to respond immediately to send the technician out to handle my repairs. Great team and a pleasure to work with!!
