4 years ago, My Learning Springboard helped our daughter find a new private school that was right for her, mid-year, after serious health issues kept her out of school for several months. At the time, her confidence was in tatters and she was extremely fragile. Brad and Faya took their time getting to know our daughter, gave us many options that fit her needs at the time and advocated for her. She ended up at a wonderfully nurturing Pre-K through 8 school. We didn't hesitate to call MLS again when it was time to find a high school for her and, again, Brad and Faya delivered. They assessed her academically, found great tutors that helped prepare her for the ISEE, created a list of schools they thought were appropriate for her, helped her narrow that list down, advocated on her behalf and, ultimately, she got several acceptances to amazing schools. She was in the lucky position to get to choose the school she wanted to attend. Applying to private high schools in NYC is an incredibly stressful experience and Brad and Faya did their best to keep us calm and give us confidence in the process. They were there for us every step of the way and we couldn't feel more grateful to them for their attention and expertise.

My Learning Springboard is an outstanding educational advisory practice. Brad and Faya Hoffman are fabulous at what they do. We have relied on their expert advice for all three of our children, at both the secondary school and college level. Brad and Faya have both tremendous expertise and tremendous contacts, enabling them to deal quickly and effectively with complicated situations (and we have had some!). Beyond that, they have excellent judgment and are highly sensitive to individual needs. They are also a pleasure to work with. Our kids have all thrived in no small part as a result of Brad and Faya's timely interventions.

We can happily say that they guided us through the process step-by-step and we couldn’t have gone through this process successfully without them. Brad and Faya helped our family through a multi-dimensional situation navigating a school admissions process, finding the best fit for our son, and supporting the entire family through the process of his transition from one school to another. They are professional, knowledgeable, sharp, and have been responsive at all steps along the way through what was an overwhelmingly complicated process. Their support has been invaluable! We are happy to say that our son is now going to attend his first choice school. We are so grateful for Brad, Faya, and their team and cannot recommend them enough!

Over the last serval years as i struggled to understand my daughters dyslexia diagnosis and navigate her options, Brad selflessly gave me hours of his time. He was unbiased in his feedback and truly provided a fair balanced approach to place my daughter in the best position for success. Over the years before we got her into the right place, I spoke with many educators and experts in the education and academic space and no one was as kind, patient and honest with me as Brad. And for that I am forever grateful. His knowledge is unmatched and he is a tremendous resource.
