TaxDome

We adopted TaxDome at our firm last year and it has been a great improvement. It keeps documents, messages, organizers, and invoices all in one secure place. Support is responsive, and the continuous updates are appreciated. We believe TaxDome will increase our opportunity for growth. Highly recommend for tax and accounting practices.

TaxDome has been a fantastic tool for our firm. It was easy to import clients, and the pipeline is both powerful and intuitive, which has made managing workflows much more efficient. There’s clearly more functionality available than we’ll probably ever fully use, but that’s a good problem to have. Their team is constantly rolling out updates and improvements, which shows a strong commitment to the product and its users. Overall, it’s been a great platform and a big upgrade for our operations.

We started using TaxDome at our firm in June of 2025 and, so far, it's been a really great platform to help us manage our client base and keep our files & jobs on track. Before using TaxDome we didn't have a specific method for tracking client notes/calls throughout the year, so TaxDome has helped keep a lot of this info all in one place where any employee in our firm can access it. It's a really powerful platform that takes time to learn and implement, but if you have someone in the office dedicated to onboarding you can have it up and running quite quickly. The ability to track job progress through the pipeline feature has been super helpful, as well as being able to auto-assign tasks to employees and create one-off tasks so things don't fall through the cracks. The customer service has been exceptional. Anytime we have a question about a feature and how to properly use it, we send an email to our account manager and they reply promptly with instructions and resources. TaxDome has been a great tool for us and there are still lots of ways we haven't used the platform to it's full potential.

TaxDome has been a valuable platform for us at our firm. It gives us one secure place to manage client communication, document collection, e-signatures, invoicing, and workflows. It has helped improve efficiency, organization, and the overall client experience, especially during busy season.

Tax Dome has really made my workflow much more efficient. As a Sole Proprietor with a small client base Tax Dome allows me to present a more professional operation. This will allow me to scale up in the future as well. While I did struggle initially with the setup, the webinars helped immensely in getting me up and running quickly. Every time I log on, I learn more about Tax Dome's capabilities and become even more efficient.
