horrible company. They were literally taking thousands of dollars to ask you to migrate. Then when you ask them to help you change the website, they said yes, but after you repeatedly ask, they basically ignore you. Really felt like a scam call at first when I wasn't able to comprehend as much after a brain injury. They didn't even confirm with you what link you put for the nonprofit. It ends up linking to my personal fundraising. I know it was my decision that i went with them for a short period of time. But when I ask to stop and want to ask for a refund, you can' never reach their main line, but I will not recommend anyone going there.As a disabled musician, I already so broke,the only few thousand they still pushing me to make the decision . Such bad sales. Don't know if they couldn't find anyone or not.

They call Simon me claiming they were from yelp and google, the reluctantly gave me the business name. I asked him up front why he was trying to mislead me to believe he was working for someone else. He then said that I deserve will be charged 500 by yelp. I wished him a good day and asked him to end the call he would not and kept pressing with how I should listen to him, I simply said start your call with me with who you actually are and truly represent if you want trust. He then spiraled into a fit of rage of how I should be running my company.

Cold Caller. Soliciting Online Marketing Service. I politely asked to be remove from call list. Caller was very Rude with response. Use of Profanity non-stop.... Caller was named "Jordan Wood" who works remote from Houston Texas (although I have no reason to believe he was being truthful in giving out that information when I requested it). I asked to be transfered to a supervisor... he stated "Why would I do that.... you're going to get my (profanity) fired." I sincerely hope they record and review calls, as this was completely unprofessional.

I had $890 taken from my account by My AIO without my authorization. I immediately disputed the charge with my bank, and the funds were returned. Three months later, My AIO claimed I had signed off on this charge (which I did not) and my bank took the money back after Visa Sided with them. I have repeatedly requested proof of any agreement or authorization, but have not received valid documentation. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I feel the company has acted dishonestly. If you are considering doing business with My AIO, please use EXTREME CAUTION. Keep all communications in writing, and never provide payment information without a signed, clear agreement. I am in the process of filing complaints with the CFPB, FTC, and my State Attorney General. This company doesn't even deserve a star!!

They lied and said they were with Yelp. They are pushy with their tactics. They try to sell you on the fact they can help your company get good reviews yet, their own company doesn’t have good reviews. Their response to that was you can’t believe all reviews.
