Training Connection

I had the pleasure of attending classes (Captivate Essentials and Beyond the Essentials) at the Training Connection, July 2018. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Chris and Jeff both were. The classroom was well designed with beautiful state-of-the-art Apple equipment. They were both extremely patient, very personable and professional. The location is perfect for walking to local eateries, shopping and hotels. I'm so glad I made the decision to choose Training Connections. I highly recommend to all learning levels. What a pleasure!

I am usually self-taught with programs at work but since I do forms using Acrobat I decided to take the course at Training Connection to better my knowledge of the new Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. It is very user friendly when making forms but is capable of much more. The look of the program has changed dramatically. You’ll be surprised. I found the curriculum with Training Connection was what I wanted after looking online. Jeff is the manager as well as an instructor at the location of my class. He is very warm and welcoming. There was a tiny glitch with my scheduled class but he was very accommodating with the changes. Beverly was assigned as my instructor and let me tell you, she is a super teacher. She has a depth of knowledge for the software and tailored the class to my needs. She is very patient, thorough and engaging. Her teaching style made it easy to learn many new things and I was very comfortable asking questions. She was extremely clear and very easy to follow when using sample lessons. The facility is very clean and there is a great view from the breakroom. I love the coffee machine since it is able to do other coffee type drinks. They provide a fridge and a microwave should you bring from home to eat. There are a variety of classrooms equipped with Mac computers. I feel more confident with my knowledge of the software after my class. I highly recommend Training Connection for your learning needs. You will not be disappointed.

The facility was easy to find and had ample parking which was reasonably priced. The office is very clean and has an amazing view of the city. The equipment is new and Carol our teacher was very upbeat and fun from the moment I entered her class. The class I enrolled in was Visio Fundamentals course. Carol knew the program upside down and backwards. She went through the program with step by step instructions that were very easy to follow. I came away with a thorough understanding of the program fundamentals and was able to come back to my office a create the Org Chart that my boss needed. I highly recommend Training Connection for any and all of your training needs. I will be back.

Our instructor Chris was absolutely outstanding! I signed up for an excel level 1 class thinking that I was simply going to brush up on skills and not really learn anything new, boy was I wrong. Chris was detailed and engaged with every single student in the room. He gave a genuine feel that he truly cares for what he is doing. The facility itself was clean, nice and sleek. Mac Computers for each student. The host was also great; he gave us recommendations as to where we should go for lunch. (Sorry I don't remember your name)

The Training Connection experience was excellent! The course was easy to follow and the instructor was very attentive to each student's pace. I was little nervous going in, not knowing if it was going to be too advanced or for me but the instructor was great at making everyone feel at ease. I definitely learned a lot in this course. Certainly worth the money! Also, the facility was clean and fully operable with Mac computers and a break room with complimentary coffee.
