Excellent and friendly service. Miles IT has become our "go to" IT support provider. They specialize in a quick response to a Customer's request for help, and work issues until they are corrected. We are very happy with Miles IT and strongly recommend their services. As a follow-up on another issue: Miles technicians did an excellent job on a recent complex task. While the complexity took some time, Tyler stayed on it from start to finish. The research into the problem lead to Microsoft and back a couple of times, and Tyler was finally able to find the answer. This was a job well done!!

We have had 3 different MSP providers over the years. We have been with Miles for 3 years now. There service is still great. I had an issue earlier in the week for which I didn't have all the information and was strapped for time. I pointed the team in the right direction, they were able to get the details and then confirm the change with me. It really was above what any other MSP has done for us.
