The folks at Integris resolved the problem I reported promptly, effectively, and professionally. Thank you!

Due to the nature of my issue, they couldn't remote access my computer. Making the diagnosis process more difficult. However, they had a backup plan, and we fix the issue together. Overall it was a fun and very informative process, with minimal to no frustration. Thanks guys!

Casey found a bug in my system that was preventing my device from saving passwords which prevented me from being able to log into my work email. I am very busy at work and sometimes hard to get in contact with. Blue Jean was very persistent in getting in contact with me t ensure my issue was resolved. I greatly appreciate their customer service.

Both Eliot and Cody were extremely helpful, professional and did what needed to be done to get us back up and running. I would absolutely recommend either of these wonderful guys if you're in a bind. They're very knowledgeable!!
