As part of our custom home build, we hired Macauley Technologies to handle a substantial scope of work—including Lutron shades, Control4 lighting, whole-home audio and video, a home theater, and security and monitoring. The entire Macauley team, led by Ian and supported by Jacob (Project Manager), Layne (Shades), and Pete (Security), proved to be exceptional in every aspect of their craft. Their workmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to customer service exceeded our expectations. Even after move-in, their warranty support was outstanding, with their lead technician, Eric, demonstrating true professionalism throughout. Our experience with Macauley was excellent from start to finish, and we’re truly grateful for the quality and care they brought to our home.

We have had great experiences with Macauley Technologies over the past 2+ years. They hardwired our home during renovation construction so that we could add home automation from security to audio/visual overtime. They have helped us with installation of several projects since then and the experience is always professional, competent, and efficient. Their customer service is also incredible. Everyone I’ve interacted with is kind and helpful.
