We launched a few products that were rapidly growing and we needed to scale our manufacturing operations. We hired Launch to workshop our operations and identify paths to scale. They immediately identified that we didn't have the resources to scale as rapidly as the demand required and immediately pivoted, helping us source and vet the right co-manufacturer. As a result, we were equipped to keep up with our very rapidly growing brand launch.

We recently had a machine go down with a broken part. One call to Taylor and the Launch Partners team and we had a plan in place to get us back up and running. Taylors team sourced materials and a local machine shop to mill a new part, and found a manufacturer that was able to rush a custom spring for us. The Launch Partners team turned what could have been weeks of downtime into just a few days and kept us informed every step of the process.

I invented a new food product that no one knew how to manufacture - I consulted with many manufacturing experts and copackers, and no one had a clue how to manufacture my product. But Taylor and the Launch Partners team listened carefully to our requirements, thought outside the box, and built a custom machine that makes our product at a high throughput. A year later we've made over 400,000 units of this product, and the Launch Partners team has been by our side the whole way

Taylor at Launch Partners was a huge help in imagining how to start scaling production operations for my small hot sauce production company, Goodlands Food Co. They were great in helping me problem solve how to scale, and conceptualize what this first stage of scaling looks like vs. the next stage -- in terms of equipment, operations, and cost, now and down the road. Our conversation helped me roadmap a path to scale, and I now have clear next steps.
