We worked with IDS for several weeks, and while it was challenging at first, we had a significant amount of work to do. We brought IDS in to help move our company to the next level. We worked closely with Michael Sargeant for quite some time as he dove into our books and spoke with our management team to assess where we were and identify the issues that needed to be addressed. We then continued working with Thom Rowe on implementation, structuring, and procedural guidance. He was instrumental in teaching us new programs, identifying the right solutions, and providing the training we needed. As a result, we now have a much better understanding of where we were and where we need to be to achieve continued growth. We have been very satisfied with the work conducted by International Development Services. Our salesperson, Bo, was great from the start telling us exactly how the process works. Our consultant, James O’Neal has been great to work with, ensuring that we stay on task towards our end goal and laying the groundwork for us. He has worked hard on working through the issues with the owners and ensuring everyone is on the same page and understanding of what our issues are. He has also established a great game plan for us to solve those discussed issues. Only complaint that we have with International Development Services is the discussion of how they are going to get paid. It is very much an upfront cost which is sadly why we can no longer continue with the project. The conversation of payment is barely discussed before signing, other than IDS discussing how they understand our company is in a place of low cash flow, and that they will figure out how to get paid. Even with that understanding, the weekly cost is substantial, and no concrete plan was made on how we would pay them other than for our company to take on more debt, which was not an option for our company in particular. Overall, we would recommend International Development Services to other local companies but would be sure to make any company that we recommend aware of the very substantial weekly costs.
