Impressed by both the owner and his team. I was interested in a security system and cameras to protect my family and my home. I reached out to LA Techs for a quote. Russ came out and walked the property with me, along the way asking questions to help tune his recommendation to my needs. I had a quote back quickly and scheduled his team to install a few days later. They were efficient, clean and professional. While they were at my house, Zack (crew leader) noticed a broken wooden chair from our move. We spoke about it briefly (not valuable, but sentimental) and how we could possibly fix it. At the end of the day Russ let me know that the team was done and packing up. Then he sends me a message "don't use the chair for 24 hours." They fixed the chair! Just an incredible level of care and going so far beyond the extra mile. I will hire these guys for anything I can going forward. LA tech did a wonderful job of walking us through a project from beginning to end. We are extremely happy with the sound quality and equipment they chose for us that is high end and works really well together. It’s worth the price.
