Since working with my OPEX coach I am stronger and healthier and don't stress about my programming anymore. The whole team and philosophy at OPEX is amazing. Love how they take into account lifestyle, health, goals and my particular circumstances to create my program design. OPEX is more than just a gym, been following OPEX for more than 3 years and have jumped into their education path about 2 yrs now. The amount of knowledge the coaches have and share is impressive, definitely has helped me become a better coach when it comes to assessing client's movement patterns and prescribing a workout program. As well OPEX teaches about nutrition and lifestyle consulting, learning how to tie all the dots together on how nutrition and sleep affect the results at the gym.
