I met Jimmy over 10 years ago when I needed help with home automation Control 4 system. The minute I met him, I knew I could trust him. That is the key in this industry. The "tech guy" can tell you anything and charge you whatever. Only their integrity and honesty can keep them from ripping you off. I want to share my great experience with Jimmy at JW. I have a pretty large Control4 system with a mix of old and new equipment that just refused to work together. My original installer wasn’t helpful at all, so I contacted Jimmy — and I’m really glad I did. He quickly identified several issues in my system and updated the software, which my previous dealer didn’t want to do. He got everything up and running again. His rate is very reasonable, and he knows Control4, networking, and automation extremely well. What I appreciated most is that he’s straightforward, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive, and he doesn’t waste any time. If you’re installing a Control4 system or trying to fix an existing one that other people can’t figure out, I highly recommend Jimmy. He saved me a lot of stress, and my system finally works the way it should.

I don’t know anything about cameras and stuff, but it’s hard not to say something when a guy does 2 different security camera jobs for you that are clearly very well done. Service is fantastic, the timing was as promised, and you can tell Jimmy and his team are honest people. Highly recommended, and then some
