Wireless Earbuds - Terrible sound and quality and no way to get a refund. Who is Holly Brownlee?! I bought a pair of these “highly rated” earbuds to use for Teams meetings and hands free phone calls. I also monitor playback when I use my iPhone as a second camera on video shoots. The sound was terrible. Lots of tinny sounding highs and no bass at ALL. I asked Walla Walla for my money to be returned but I just got an email offering a discount on my next purchase. Five emails and two phone messages left on their voicemail and STILL no reply!! I am entering a Better Business Bureau complaint today and will post reviews on all the key sites. This is a terrible product with no apparent option for returns. Top 5 Bluetooth Speakers of 2024 – Best Value Choice I bought two of these because of this review. I had a JBL Flip 5 and was looking for Christmas gifts. When I ordered their site was wonky and unusual, leaving me to believe that they were not ordered, or it was a faux site. I did receive a confirmation email so that gave me some confidence. They took weeks to get here. Before they arrived, I was getting emails to rate their product! When they did arrive, I put them away but then wrapped them as presents. Well, I finally heard the one I bought for my sister, and they were embarrassingly terrible when I compared them against the JBL Flip 5. No bass at ALL, just low fidelity mid- range and they distorted when you turned them up. I asked Walla Walla for my money to be returned but I was just beyond the 30-day wind even though it took them weeks to arrive. So, I am out that money, and I spent another $150 buying two JBL Flip 5s to replace that hideous gift. You have no business manufacturing portable speakers. Don’t buy a walla sound speaker. Mine sounds about as good as an old transistor radio and the customer service is non existent. They refuse to respond to my request to return my product. I have called and emailed repeatedly for weeks, but no response. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

This company owns Walla Sound who I have been trying to reach to make a return. No word from Walla after numerous calls, emails, etc. Is this company responsible?

Totally agree with all of these reviews. Walla buds quit working after about a month. Zero customer service and don't return phone calls or emails
