I am the IT Director for a nursing home management group, and my company has been working with Intellicomp for the past few months. I am extremely pleased with their service and support. Their deep understanding of how to run IT in the nursing home industry is immediately evident. Having spent many years in this space, I truly appreciate having a strong, reliable helpdesk behind me. Intellicomp allows me to focus on the bigger picture while knowing that day-to-day IT needs are being handled by a knowledgeable and capable team. Their onboarding team, led by Steven Burdell, has been excellent, and my account representative, Sasha Anderson, has been wonderful, consistently communicative and clear. I especially value working with the same team across all of our onboardings, which has made the entire process far more streamlined. While my company and facilities are not based in Baltimore, the distance has not been a factor.

Intellicomp has been by far the most prompt and efficient support provider I have ever worked with. Their client portal offers a very streamlined approach to requesting support and tracking tickets. Across the board my team continues to share only positive feedback about the service. Can't stress enough how impressed we have been with average turnaround times- 1000% recommend!

we ran into an issue last week. couldn't use my computer they say they will call back. no call back. we called them 15 times throughout the day , after 30 seconds it says please leave a message. They promised will call you back today before we close. nobody called. Next morning they were suppose to have resolved by 9am. still no resolve! stay away!

Such an incredible IT management company. They keep my business safe every day and are always so quick to fix any issues that come up! Highly recommend 👌🏻

Our organization started working with Intellicomp February 2024. The network in our building has never been so reliable! We are a school and use laptops quite a bit. The help desk team does a fabulous job of addressing issues as soon as possible. I can breathe easily knowing the IT needs are being managed by the best professionals. I am also happy with their customer service. After a year and a half, they continue to check in to ensure we are satisfied with their service. Naftali who set up the network and our new printing system, worked tirelessly until everything ran perfectly. Rikki, my account manager, is also responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend this company to any business!
