I have been a proud InnoSearch customer for the last couple of months, and it has become my one stop shop for all of my online shopping needs! As a person who is totally blind and a user of screen readers on various operating systems, I am delighted not only with how accessible InnoSearch is across platforms, but with the overall user friendly shopping experience, allowing me to shop independently from the comfort of my own home office/studio. It's like a huge shopping mall where I can browse around and find a wide variety of items, but without the challenges I face at a physical mall, i.e. navigating through large crowds and finding assistance while searching for a particular store or item. And what makes the experience all the more delightful is knowing that I can count on customer service that is second to none. The support staff at InnoSearch are super patient, friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best possible support and peace of mind, i.e. providing thorough answers to my inquiries, reaching out to inform me of any delays/discrepancies with my orders, and even checking in to ensure that everything went smoothly with the orders/deliveries etc. I would like to thank the entire InnoSearch team for your commitment to making the service accessible to all; not just to blind and partially sighted users like myself, but also o users who rely on the Internet for their everyday shopping needs or who simply prefer the comfort of shopping from home. I have shopped on Innosearch AI five times now. I am fully blind. I have always used Amazon before it is so difficult at times with screen readers. In Ozark AI has made it so easy for blind and visually impaired people using screen readers And so easy to navigate with the screen readers. Their customer support team is the best I have ever experienced. They get back immediately when I have reached out to them and they have always been able to help right away. I've been using Innosearch since its initial release. And wow! From the getgo, it was fantastic! With free shipping, various products, and an AI assistant you could ask questions to. It was very accessible and blind friendly, and so much better than the general shopping sights. Now, it has even more features and updates! I'm so amazed on how quickly it's grown, and I really appreciate how the team listens to community feedback. I can't wait to see where Innosearch goes from here!

I'm not very comfortable using my iPhone, but I DID IT! I placed an order on Innosearch AI without any sighted help, and it was so cool! It made me feel so accomplished to be able to shop independently. I’m really looking forward to buying Christmas gifts for my family—all on my own!
