Ran into problems with a phony Microsoft support person that downloaded viruses onto my computer. Yulman Zapata, who was recommended to me from GSD Solutions, took care of my problem very effectively. He remotely accessed my computer reviewed my downloads and determine the ones that were fraudulent and removed them. He was thorough and efficient. Can't thank him enough.
