Sanjay Rai is an absolute LEGEND. I very rarely write reviews, I am a marketing agency startup (2 years in) founder and I have never had a better customer support experience in my life. I came with 1 frustrating problem within my client's subaccount and he solved it for me easily, and provided me with all the information I needed for multiple follow up questions. Sanjay went above and beyond to prepare me for all the things that would come up next and provided me with a ton of clarity around next steps to take. I came to the call with nervousness and frustration (especially because so many other popular software's customer support leaves you hanging), and came away from the call with a full understanding of what to do next to help my client achieve their goals. AND they allow you to directly join in on a customer support zoom call ANYTIME you have any issue. Hopefully you get someone as awesome as Sanjay, though I'm sure the whole team is great. Ok so I’ve actually had THE BEST customer service I’ve ever received in my life with William B. Not only is he a problem solver, he is fast, he cares, he follows up until the problem is solved. I will spare you the story of the issue I was having but it needed escalation & senior care, it involved another uncooperative party. William was able to mediate & make both sides happy. I’m forever grateful for his help.

Sharan A. was absolutely fantastic. He helped me get up and going quickly. GHL has so much cool functionality! It would have taken me days to explore what Sharan guided me through in a couple of hours. This was a great onboarding experience!
