Titan Workspace did not deliver or come close to meeting our expectations. The product was sold as a fully developed concept, but in reality was half-baked and sloppily put together. The customer success team would argue with us about our own use cases, and we gave the product team multiple chances to correct very simple bugs. The final tipping point for us was the ridiculous loading time once connected to Microsoft Teams. Users averaged 28 seconds to load the Titan intranet app. Thats just not acceptable.

I like Titan Workspace DMS because a) Document upload - the method to upload the documents in DMS, is far simpler than other DMS b) Version controlling was never easy for us, but we could do it with Titan Workspace. c) After Sale Support - Efficient, competent & professional team to provide a good & timely support.

Titan Workspace is a very intuitive BPM, easy to learn and quick to implement thanks to the effective help of its support technicians.

As a business user, i was facing issues in automating some workflows but eventually Titan workflow automation tool helped me in automating my workflows in just 30 mins.
