Spoke to their sales guy, Tom. Calling him a "salesman" is being generous though. I spend roughly 10k a month with our current email provider and we run a rather sizable company. We didn't make it 2 minutes into the phone call with this guy. His condescending tone was horrible, and it felt combative really, as if he thought I was wasting his time or interrupted his breakfast or something. From the moment I said hello he was rude. I'm guessing this is either a 1 man show and Tom is a tech guy who owns it with 0 sales skills. If he's just a sales guy for the company. I highly recommend listening to his call with me at around 1042am central time if you're his boss. He's likely costing the company money. I was ready to make a deal and pull the trigger as I'm looking to move on from our 9 year relationship we had with e campaign pro. Sad sales skill Or lack there of

I dealt with Customer Service Rep Jason Dale, who handled my request with a high degree of professionalism. He was patient with my numerous questions and very thorough in following up and ensuring that I had the best list for my needs. He never rushed me as have others in his field, and he made good suggestions and seemed to take special care even though I would be considered a smaller client. I will definitely use EXACT DATA again when seeking email lists.
