We all know that AI's been ruining the world, but this specific AI company's been ruining my apartment complex. Four Star Realty in Colorado implemented "Bailey" without notifying residents, so for a short while, we were texting and emailing with a fully fake person without realizing it, which I think is extraordinarily disrespectful. Now that we know it's all AI, it's become increasingly evident that the property manager is trying to fully rely on AI instead of real paid humans. Obviously they haven't passed their savings onto residents, so now their customer service is next to nonexistent and all that saved money is going to God knows who. EliseAI is a selfish company helping selfish property owners extract more and more money from ordinary, often struggling people who just need places to live. Don't believe their flowery language about being revolutionary or "improving how we live." They're just another small part of the huge AI ponzi scheme that's trying to strip the humanity away from the most basic services we all rely on. I'm so sick of this techonolgy being shoved down our throats, and I'm even more sick of real people losing work because of it.

My apartment building recently switched to using EliseAI. The other negative reviews perfectly match my experience. There's no way to actually report an emergency because it refuses to transfer you to an actual human. It's told me multiple times that it will ask a human to call me back regarding some issue and I never heard from anyone. I also didn't consent to my personal information being given to a third party! Now I can't even call my building's office without my voice and personal information being sent to some sketchy AI company that I can't get around.

I am attempting to fill out an application form for a property and this terrible system is preventing me from completing the form. It cannot link bank accounts. It cannot remove uploaded documents. It gets stuck on random parts of the form and prevents progress. There is no help service phone number. This is by far the worst housing application experience I have ever had.

Our building management just got an “upgrade” with this truly horrible service. We had been working with building management to resolve an issue where they accidentally cashed a check meant for the building parking company and applied it to our rent instead. Now with EliseAI, the management company has completely relinquished all responsibility for this issue to a useless AI Agent that loops in circles providing absolutely no help with the issue whatsoever. Absolutely horrible product.
