If I could give negative stars I would! I never even signed up for this company! I signed up for the $7/mo famous.ai and they decided to add this to my charges. On top of it they just charge nonstop w zero transparency! Just tons of random charges for an app I was trying to create that doesn’t even work!!! Such a scam!

I wanted to dip my toes in the water with the one product for 7 bucks a month and somehow I paid over 25 bucks for stuff I didn't want. Just seems like a scam at that point. I feel ripped off and I didn't even get a chance to use the product I paid for!!

I have had Deal.ai, I for about a year now and each month. I am more and more frustrated. This team appears to be new or they’re just calling it as they go seeing how much money they can make by signing up people and I get the marketing strategy, but they’re really not instructors. They don’t know how to teach these items that they’ve got and they are not Customer friendly. The reason I have kept it is because I have invested time money and energy and I do like some of the applications that they have so for the $27 I’ll pay that but I’m learning this on my own as I go trust me. This company in my opinion has got too many chiefs and not enough Indians. They’ve got too many applications and too many companies they’re trying to launch at one time.

I bought a 8 dollar sub and a 19 dollar sub and I canceled but they charge me for 97 for a sub I never purchased. I can't log in to stop what ever they charge me 97 for because it says I dont exist. If I dont exist.. how did I purchase 97 dollar sub. I have to report fraud to stop them from taking my money

Parent company of Famous.ai. Tried their $27 service, but it will not allow you to make changes and it takes a TON of working and reworking to change even he simplest thing. It did not work for me, unable to even change the code to fix what you need. It was worth the $27 for me to try it out, even though it did not work. However, they charged me HUNDREDS beyond the $27 after that I did not consent to. I am now in the process of disputing all of these charges.
