I've worked with CSG for 5 years and highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, resourceful and responsive. Our IT solution was hardly a solution at all. Our staff were more than exasperated with frequent email failures and other maladies. CSG surveyed the structure of our network, made recommendations for new equipment and set up robust backups. It took nearly a year, but my staff eventually came to enjoy their interaction because CSG reduced and solved problems and truly became a partner in our business.
