Confianz was selected to be VS America’s ERP implementation partner in 2018 after they had successfully completed a custom application to improve our internal document processing. We’ve hired several different companies prior to Confianz, but unfortunately, they left all on their own terms because they were not able to find a solution. I’ve worked alongside Confianz for almost three years now and I’ve been impressed with the level of talent this company brings. Their VP of Enterprise Solutions as well as his team of developers are extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, and respectful. Every meeting and interaction we’ve had with Confianz was a valuable learning experience. We are extremely grateful that Confianz helped us successfully go live during the pandemic in April 2020. Since going live, we had some significant improvements in our processes and we continue to work with Confianz to fine tune details. I highly recommend Confianz!

This is a great company to work with. They treat you like a customer and provide many different ways to meet your needs. Depending on your set up and knowledge, I have access to do the simple things on our Sheriff's Office webpage. I know my limits and when not to handle the difficult things. While I do contact them for other changes beyond my expertise, they handle it quickly. You must have a good internal person to assist the Confianz expert during the design phase. After that your internal person must stay alert to changes in your business or agency and notify Confianz of those changes or additions. Even if this is your first time, the Confianz team will help you through it.

We are thrilled that we decided to work with Confianz to build our mobile app. They took the time and asked a lot of questions to truly understand why we wanted to build the app and who would use the app. The process was simple and after a few months we had a great looking and fully functional mobile app for iPhone and Android. We will definitely use Confianz to build our next phase for the app as we look to expand our market share.

We've worked with Confianz for almost a year now, and I can safely say they are absolutely the best in terms of service, professionalism and value. We've worked with two other Odoo gold partners in the US and Confianz is leaps and bounds ahead. We now have a dedicated tech that handles all upgrading and customization requirements we have. What's better is that by using Odoo we can essentially build whatever we want which saves us a huge amount of resources over using salesforce or any other program that isn't as customizable.
