From a job seeker point of view: the filters don't seem to work. When searching for "remote only" the majority of jobs that show up are hybrid. This needs to be addressed, kind of useless if the filters don't work.

Trying to recruit senior roles with over 100K€ salaries, got 0 candidates and 0 feedback from Builtin Chicago as I tried to understand what was happening. This look like a scam to me... Not recommended.

Awful self-service capabilities on page. Want to delete your account? You have to wait up to 90 days before they'll do it. Any other major job seeking site lets you immediately delete your account without fuss. And good luck getting a human to respond to your customer service requests, all you'll get is a canned message back.

The Unsubscribe button does not work, they keep spamming you
