One of the few places that repairs scag mowers in the region. They are easy to access. Only slight bummer is they are so good that they have a pretty big backlog for repairs. Not uncommon to have to wait weeks to get your equipment back.

I was directed to this store by the Apple Store in Jacksonville. It is the only "authorized " Apple Service provider in Jacksonville. My experience was a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I came in with a MacBook Pro that had a broken key and some intermittent power issues. I was charged $100 total in labor and diagnostic costs and I left with a still broken computer. They only performed functions as prescribed by Apple and they did not bother to do any further testing or inspection. They did explain to me that this was their standard procedure. I then took my computer to iRepairFast in Ponte Vedra Beach, who carefully opened up my keyboard, cleaned up some gunk that had been spilled, solidified and causing problems. Next they replaced my broken key with one they happened to have in the shop. I paid slightly more in total (approximately $125) but I left with a fully functioning machine. Also iRepair Fast charged me absolutely nothing to diagnose my problem. Emtec had told me the machine was not repairable, unless I paid an additional $560 for a new logic board and that the entire topcase ($193) should be replaced. A complete RIPOFF. The only helpful person at Emtec was the receptionist who was very polite and left detailed messages.
