Arc Integrated is an incredible resource to build and coach on team dynamics. Michael did a workshop with our team that focused on developing our understand of personal communication and behavioral/performance styles for each team member. Through the assessments that we all took and his support of creating a safe environment for us to openly share on our commonalities and differences, we were able to create a set of commitments for us all to live by in the workplace, emphasizing more care and attention on our communication quality.
