THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! We were so confused as to how to fix our WiFi while also attempting to figure out how to get back into our database. Matt is wonderful! He pulled out all the tips & tricks to get us back up and running. He even came twice when we were having issues after he reestablished our WiFi. We are so appreciative of Matt and this company for their speed, friendliness, and overall support!

Omari is always helpful with our IT problems, and any other technical needs we have at our office. We appreciate the work he does!

Gotta give it to him, Abdiel has been a huge help for us upon setting up our update to outlook/office. He spent about 3 hours or so on the phone being transferred from one desk to the next to get all of us up and running. I have worked with Michael extensively over the past several years. I am very limited in my abilities to address IT issues and in my case, it was always Michael H. to the rescue. I know that Michael is extremely busy and has a large client base, but that never seemed to be an issue when I called for assistance! Michael was promptly on the phone or on site resolving my needs. Michael is very patient and pleasant and follows up on any concerns or issues! Google requires up to a 5 star rating…..but Michael H. deserves 100 star rating!
