AR Workflow has provided a great service to our business. I really enjoy the features of the product, especially how easy it is to learn and use. The available features help our company stay on track of accounts receivable and really come in handy when we have a lot on our plate. AR Workflow has monumentally changed the game for our collection process! We came from using a shared Excel file to track open invoices and ran into issues with data loss and disorganization. Since swapping over, we don’t have to worry about losing customer notes, are able to track and get a visual representation of how much we have collected, and overall reduced our collection time on open invoices. The automations are fully customizable and help reduce the workload on our employees. Would give more stars if I could!
