David was excellent from start to finish. He helped guide us here at the Las Vegas Country Club through the purchase of our new camera system and made sure everything was set up perfectly. He took the time to clearly explain how to use the system, including playback and archiving, it helped us here feel more confident managing it on our own. When we had a issue, David was especially helpful in showing us how to quickly locate and preserve footage. Very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Highly recommend working with him and AIS.

AIS-Advanced Imaging Solutions has amazing service and technicians. Whenever I call for service, I am greeted in a friendly, professional manner. They listen to my issues and put a work order in immediately. Our technician, Marshall contacts me with an ETA and is spot on! He comes with a friendly attitude, works fast yet, precise, and completes the job in a timely manner. He is willing to answer any questions I might have and he cleans up his work area. He places the machines back in their spot and is neat and tidy. If you want great service all around, check out AIS. You won't be sorry you did!

To be very honest, I really do not understand how this place is getting 5 star reviews. Or still in business at this point. AIS has to have THE WORST customer service, and sales team I have ever seen. I've recently received a quote from another printer company, and wanted to see is AIS can match that price I was offered. Long story short, the person I spoke with flat out told me to switch companies since there was nothing they can do. Alright, I decided to switch companies, the new company cut me a check for a buyout on my current lease, and so I sent the check AIS to get out of my lease, and have them pick up their machine. 5 months passed, I've been calling them to pick up their machine and nothing. No one is answering the phones at the office, I got an automated machine recording and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, cut them the check, check is cleared, and they're still charging me monthly. If I do get lucky and talk to someone in billing, the only thing they seem like they're trained to do is tell me they cannot do anything and will have management give me a call. Which NEVER happens. UPDATE: Looked at the invoice they sent me, after I paid for the Buyout and to my surprise. The invoice states that I used 1,000 B/W copies, and 700 Color. Their machine has been unplugged for the past 3 months. So I don't even know where they're getting these number from.

Great service! The Technicians are great at their jobs. I could not do my job without the amazing service I get from AIS!
